All is well that ends well... Delivery info and answering service needs to communicate with each other and the customer as well. When asking when my awning material (fabricated and shipped separate from metal frame, which is not stated in advertising or ordering) would be delivered, the answering service ask me to prove that I didn't receive the awning by unpacking what I received and taking photos then sending it in awaiting for their response. Beyond that, the installation of the awning might be beyond average Joe but mechanically proficient person can install it within a day, after receiving everything "in separate shipments. The quality is very good "for the price". Upon installation, there are issues with the awing slipping out of the rear roller groove. The spline is either too small or the slot gap holding the spline is inconsistent or just plain too wide. I will correct the issue myself because of my lack of faith in the provider. This could be the reason for the sale. I have enjoyed the shade almost daily since installation. I would have given 4 stars had the aggravation of lack of shipping and communication issues.
