Track Your Order

Track Your Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and unique 6 digit order number. Inside your confirmation email will be a private link to your order page which will display shipping address, billing address, and items purchased.

Items typically ship in less than 2 business days.

Upon shipping, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and the carrier with which it was shipped, along with specific delivery instructions. Tracking information will also be available on your order page.

Please note large items ship freight and will require a delivery appointment before the item is dropped off.

Garage Department customer care, to me this company is excellent. I can't express how satisfied I am with this company. I received my package on time, but one item was missing, I emailed the company to let him know that I was missing an item from my order , immediately they responded and within a few days I received with no hassle whatsoever what I was missing and they had checked up with me to see if I had received my order to satisfaction.
I'm very happy with this company and I would recommend them 100% to all my friends and family. The products they sold me 100% what they advertised and very good material.

Our new gate

Love our gate. We had to wait 6 weeks but well worth it. Install was met with some technical issues but tech support was helpful. Getting lots of compliments from neighbors
