Perfect and so easy to set up

We had this built in just a few hours - instructions are stellar and I sleep so much better at night knowing the hens and their coop are in this enclosure. Delivery was quick and customer service is excellent!

Lightweight but flimsy

We have 14 chickens and 3 ducks in a large 2 compartment coop with 2 chicken houses.

This coop is too small for more than 6 chickens at night

Our wood pieces keep breaking;
Like:
The roof slats on the nesting boxes
The wooden blocks that hold up the perches

The coop should be:
Higher for the chickens to go under the coop
or
Lower so they can’t go under to avoid being caught.

Flatter roofs that open and stay tilted up would be convenient for holding things to be worked on like a slanted table top.

The second nesting box is unnecessary.

Overall dimensions of 4’ x 6’ would be more useable and fit in a pickup.

A 4’ x 8’ ‘tractor’ run that clips on would be great!

Assembly should be done with glue to prevent the wood from breaking

Our favorite chicken house is 5’ x 8’ with 4 nesting boxes.

It is made from a full sized pickup bed with concrete blocks underneath on 4 corners and a slight slant out the tailgate.

It is covered with an insulated camper shell roof with sliding windows. The shell tilts open sideways or from the rear tailgate window.

Cardboard box sheets make a perfect non slip floor covering.

4 Roosting bars are 5’ long and go the width of the bed.

It is easy to empty, spray clean and sterilize.

It easily accommodates 8-40 chickens on the roosts alone!

We very much prefer it!

When we replace this chicken house, it will be 4’x6’ with a 4 section nest box and have a full tilting flat roof that can be used as a work table for filling containers or working in the coop area on projects.

Simpler is better!

Nice Awning

The shipping was free and fast. Product arrived with no damage and all the parts, Very nice product and good construction. Directions for assembly are not clear and at times down right confusing. Some of the factory assembled parts were put together wrong/upside down, which added to the confusion and installation time since they had to be disassembled then assembled properly. Overall we are very pleased with the product.

Gate is great, not so much the service

Website said ships in 3, only Garage Dept knew darn well that the gate was back-ordered, and there was a 5-6 week wait. Even after complaining, they still didnt change the website. By the time the gate arrived aftef 6 weeks the contractor we had working the area where tgge gate is going was long done and gone. Now we wait again to get on his busy summer schedule.
